HONDA BF25-30

The Honda BF25 and BF30 deliver strong mid-range power in an exceptionally quiet package. Performance comes from a large 552cc (33.7 cubic inch) displacement for solid midrange torque, a 3-to-3 induction system (three cylinders, three carburetors) that delivers smooth, quiet operation and instant throttle response, and PGM ignition for precise timing across the RPM range. Forced air ventilation and 3-inlet cooling help keep operating temperatures down, supporting both performance and long-term durability of electrical components.

These engines are built on the same proven engineering as other Honda models and back it up with the transferable, non-declining True 5 Warranty, an Engine Alert System that flags overheating, low oil pressure, or over-revving, and Honda’s multi-layered corrosion protection system. Everyday ownership is simplified with Auto Start Enrichment (an automatic choke) for easy starts, side-mounted oil filters and screw-type valve adjusters for easier maintenance, and a charging system that provides 4 amps on manual-start models or up to 10 amps on electric-start models.

For anglers, the BF25 and BF30 feature a center-mounted, ergonomic tiller handle with adjustable throttle and steering friction, a forward-mounted shift lever, and engine alert lamps for added convenience. Optional features include gas-assist tilt for easy shallow-water access and power trim/tilt with a -4° to +12° trim range and 64° tilt range for fine-tuning performance and handling.
